Return & Exchange
Thank you for shopping at Mi Pets! We want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process:
- All sale, mystery, or customized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Eligibility: All items must be in new condition with original packaging and tags. Must be free of odors or pet hair.
- Returns or exchange requests must be made within 7 days after the initial delivery date.
- To initiate a request, please email us at mipets@mipets-store.com
- Exchange: 1st exchange is free for other sizes. Any additional exchanges require a $5 handling fee and customers are responsible for the shipping cost. If there's a price difference between sizes, we will send an invoice or provide store credit for the balance. Once the item is received, we will send your exchange item.
- Return: We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for your items upon review of request.
- Refund: Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.
- Shipping: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- We cannot accept returns for any merchandise that has been used or is not in its original new condition.
Store Credit
- Cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit, or check.
- Credits expire after 1 year of issue date.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at mipets@mipets-store.com within 48 hours of receipt.
